Step 1 — Upgrade scan

Step 2 — Migration on a safe staging environment
The move happens on a separate environment, away from your live site. There we test freely; your live site stays up the entire time.
Step 3 — Rebuild and test
Templates, integrations and custom work are made ready for the new backoffice and thoroughly tested. Only when everything holds up do we move on.
Step 4 — Go live without downtime
At an agreed moment we go live — content synced, DNS ready, rollback plan on standby. If something goes wrong, we can roll back. The golden rule: never go live without a tested rollback option.
Step 5 — Aftercare
After the move I stay available for support and maintenance, so you stay on a supported version. Short lines, one dedicated point of contact.
